When Will Destructive Criticism Became Constructive?

We have just finished our Dem0 teaching and that event gave hush-hush to some of our faculties here."keso walang alam in lesson planning, walang classroom management na ipina-impose while doing the teaching". Who is to blame?

We are trying to be perfect and we did our best but our best was only kacharchraran for her.Ma'am, why you have to tell us that we will be burden to our critique teacher?please po don't pour water to the little fired hope of ours.

During our demo, u didn't give us ratings due to us. You have shown your dismayed face.We saw it, the way you look at us,the way you pout and your gestures that only made us tensed rather than uplifted.

We say THANK YOU to all the teachers who give us the "ningas" to move on, for their encouraging words that would surely be a source of strength and continue the little dream that we're aiming for. May people like you will continue to scatter your magical words and touch ones life. We salute you.

Life is like a fairy tale sometimes, it takes a villain to have a happy ending but isn't it rewarding if this villain will realize that we are people once called villains not because we're possessing halloween features but principles for a better change.

Please make these destructive comments of ours become constructive..
